Shortly before the second leg of this Champions League quarter-final tie got underway on Tuesday night, the competition's famous anthem was supposed to be played but instead the Europa League one was. This caused quite the stir on social media.

While this was a comical mistake by the stadium organisers, the main focus will be on Villa trying to overturn a 3-1 first-leg deficit to the recently crowned French champions. If they don't, this is still the furthest Villa have got in the competition since they won it in 1982.
