According to reports on ESPN FC, Leeds United are close to signing Manchester United left-back Cameron Borthwick-Jackson on a season-long loan deal.
ESPN FC says that Whites boss Thomas Christiansen has been looking for a new left-back to replace Charlie Taylor following his move to Burnley earlier in the summer, and he is on the verge of securing a deal for his top target.
The reports adds that the 20-year-old is highly thought of by the Red Devils and manager Jose Mourinho will be keen for him to get some regular playing time having made just six Championship appearances during a loan spell with Wolverhampton Wanderers in the first-half of last season.
Leeds supporters were quick to have their say on the rumour via social media and they were divided with their opinions.
While some believe that Gaetano Berardi should be the first-choice left-back with Tyler Denton providing competition, others believe that Borthwick-Jackson would be a decent addition.
